Webinar platforms

HeySummit provides a quick and easy registration process. Attendees are able to choose the talks they want to register for and the event organisers are able to monitor registrations and speaker referrals.

WebinarJam offers an easy one-click registration process. The platform allows you to build a custom registration page from several templates that are provided.

WebinarJam is a powerful webinar platform which allows for up to 6 presenters and 5000 attendees per presentation. The platform offers various benefits, including streaming across all devices, email and SMS system, custom page builders, polls, surveys, live chat, handouts and video injections. Rooms can be open to all or password protected and webinar performance stats are available in real time.

LiveWebinar is an advanced webinar platform that provides easy browser access, unlimited customisation, clear HD quality, and is able to be embedded to your own website.  With this platform, events can also be streamed directly to various social media platforms and LiveWebinar can be integrated with many marketing automation tools. The system also allows for polls, surveys, live chats and breakout rooms.


Registration platforms

EventsFrame offers easy to use ticketing for both organizers and attendees with no ticket fees. Custom event landing pages can be created and this platform is easily integrated with several payment and marketing systems.

GoogleForms allows for an easy-to-use and familiar registration system which can be customised for each event and can contain various different question types. The registration form can have several collaborators and responses can be organised and analysed quickly and easily.

Conference app and platforms

Eventee provides a simple tool for in-person and virtual events that can be accessed on a mobile app or on a desktop site. Each event has its own website with the list of speakers, schedule, custom menu and map. The desktop version mirrors features from the mobile app – attendees can ask live questions, vote in polls, give ratings and check newsfeed. AirMeet is an online platform able to host immersive events and build connections. Participants are able to network and move freely between fully customisable virtual tables.
