An experienced in-house designer will develop a look and feel for your campaign if there is not existing artwork.
Live event support
Handling of all technical aspects of the webinar to ensure the smooth flow of the event. Support of speakers and participants before and inside the event by a dedicated Vetlink Staff member/s.
Speaker engagement
We liaise with the speakers to obtain the necessary information for marketing and CPD registration. Dry run session to assist the presenter(s) on how to use the webinar platform, monitoring/assisting with the entire live webinar presentation.
Branded & Seamless RSVP Service
Registrants will receive a branded confirmation e-mail with an Add to calendar link. Another reminder is sent 1 day and 1 hour before the start of the webinar. After the event, we provide delegates with a replay link and include post-event information to attendees.
Event Creation and Distribution
We offer technical and creative support to create engaging content with either pre-recorded or live-streamed webinars. One size does not fit all! We offer a choice of integrated virtual event/webinar systems and a design service to create a look and feel to represent your brand! We can also create a “landing page” for the event that can be used for eg to run a competition etc.
Analytics
Before the event, you will have access to a “live” event sheet reflecting registrations. We will provide you with the event analytics when your virtual event is over.
